Green Planet Living Grass Paper New Home Card

Decorated with a detachable plantable house and black text reading 'Congratulations on your new home', this card makes an extra-special gift for someone celebrating their new home. The inside of the card is blank to allow you to write your own message, and it comes with a recycled kraft envelope.

This design is printed onto grass paper card, which uses 99% less water to produce than traditional paper. The detachable house will grow into a little meadow of UK native wildflowers and grass when planted, including variations such as: Birdsfoot Trefoil, Black Knapweed, Black Medick, Meadow Buttercup, Musk Mallow, Ox-Eye Daisy, Ribwort Planatin, Red Campion, Sala Burnet, Self Heal, White Campion and Yarrow.

It is very simple to plant your card, all you need to do is:
Plant – Fill a pot with compost and place the paper near the top, cover with a shallow layer of compost.
Water – Make sure the paper is given a good watering when it first goes into the pot and keep the compost well-watered while the seeds and plants are growing.
Grow – Ensure the pot stays in a nice, warm, sunny spot and is kept watered until it grows into your own little meadow.

As with any type of seed the longer you wait to plant, the lower the germination. Consequently, it is advised that you plant your paper within a year of purchase in order to get maximum growth. For best results please plant in spring.
