Ordering
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! If your order has not been collected by the courier, we will do our best to locate and cancel the order. While we wish could, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time as it will be in transit. Of course, if the item is already dispatched, you are more than welcome to return it to us within 14 days for a refund.
Compostable Liners & Filters
What size compostable liners should I buy?
If your local authority has not advised what size liners you’ll need, simply measure the inside rim of your caddy and note down the height of the caddy. All our liners detail the rim size - choose your bags to fit, but for the length remember to allow enough length to fold over the top rim and spread across the base of the caddy. How do I store compostable liners?
It is important that you store your bags in a cool, dark, and dry place such as a kitchen drawer, otherwise they will start to degrade over time. Use all bags within 18 months of purchase and keep them out of sunlight, and away from sources of heat or steam.
Why are my cornstarch bags splitting?
It’s very likely that they’re over 18 months old - most of our bags are printed with a date on the back or side edge. If they’re over 18 months old, they will have started to break down and may have holes or split/tear very easily.
Can I use compostable liners on a home compost heap?
You can put our liners on a home compost heap, but they may take a while to breakdown as they will not reach the same temperatures of commercial compost digesters. However, regular turning of your compost heap will help.
How often do I need to change the filters in my caddy?
We recommend that you replace the filters in your compost caddy every 3 months, or sooner if odours become noticeable.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We offer free delivery to most UK addresses on most products.
If you place your order before 2pm Monday to Friday, we aim to send it out the same day. Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked or courier, depending on weight. You can also upgrade to next working day delivery for a small extra cost.
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us at sales@all-green.co.uk or call 01935 891 892. If your item isn’t faulty or incorrect, you’ll need to pay the return postage and return the item unused and in its original condition.

Wholesale, Trade & Schools
Do you offer trade prices?
Yes we do. Our trade prices vary on the product and quantity purchased. To best understand what you would like to purchase as a trade customer, we always recommend sending us an email with the product and quantity you require to sales@all-green.co.uk.
Can a school purchase for their recycling scheme?
Yes, we've put together a selection of products to make it easy for you to start your own food waste composting scheme at school. We also offer money-saving recycling kits to help get you started.
For UK schools we offer easy ordering via our website, telephone or post. You will simply need to create an account, then contact us to have it approved as a school account.
