Why do we ask for photos?
Required by courier
It is now a requirement by couriers when we contact them if parcels have been damaged in transit. Some couriers also require a photo of the packaging label/sticker.
Gives us as much detail
This helps with accurate, quicker and more efficient processing of returns.
Helps us in the future
Photos help us detect or prevent any common issues that may happen with other orders.
