Decorated with a gorgeous Christmas Tree and gifts design, and text reading ‘Season's Greetings’ in calligraphy print, this set of five plantable cards are an extra-special gift for your loved ones at that exciting time of year! The inside of each card is left blank to allow you to write your own message. Paired with recycled kraft envelopes, this cards pack is tied together with natural twine.

These festive winter cards are printed on a light cream seeded card paper which, when planted, will grow into a little meadow of UK native wildflowers and grass. There are a variety of different seeds contained in each of these cards, such as: Birdsfoot Trefoil, Black Knapweed, Black Medick, Meadow Buttercup, Musk Mallow, Ox-Eye Daisy, Ribwort Planatin, Red Campion, Sala Burnet, Self Heal, White Campion and Yarrow.

It is very simple to plant your card, all you need to do is:
Plant – Fill a pot with compost and place the paper near the top, cover with a shallow layer of compost.
Water – Make sure the paper is given a good watering when it first goes into the pot and keep the compost well-watered while the seeds and plants are growing.
Grow – Ensure the pot stays in a nice, warm, sunny spot and is kept watered until it grows into your own little meadow.

Please note, due to the nature of the card, there are sometimes small imperfections. These may give a rough texture, but add to the handcrafted look of the card and ensure that each one is slightly different and unique! In addition, as with any type of seed the longer you wait to plant, the lower the germination. Consequently, it is advised that you plant your paper within a year of purchase in order to get maximum growth.

For best results please plant in spring.
